OPEN ARMS Youth Center to Host BBQ

Join San Bernardino’s New At-Risk Drop-In Youth Center for an Open House BBQ SAN BERNARDINO, California - Open House BBQ to be held at the new at-risk youth assistance center, Open Arms. Those 14-25 years-old are invited on September 25 from 1-4 pm at 323 W. Seventh Street, San Berardino. There will be free food, video games and other exciting activities. Towards the end of the event, a raffle will be held. Please note, masks are required inside the center. If you don’t have one, no need to worry, masks are available.   Hygiene kits, food bags and other resources are always available for youth in need on-site and at all pop-up events. Get to Know San Bernardino’s New At-Risk Drop-In Youth Center SAN BERNARDINO, California - With a mission to empower San Bernardino’s at-risk youth, Open Arms is a Family-Assist program providing those in need with the knowledge and skills to live healthy, safe, fulfilling lives. Open Arms is hard at work to make a change in the lives of young struggling individuals in the Victor Valley, San Bernardino and Morongo Basin area. Offering several different resources, support groups, programs and shelters that fit an individual’s needs.    For youth ages 14-25, Open Arms provides a safe space, nurturing environment to grow, access to hygiene products, food, recreational events, resources, drug prevention classes and community outreach. Open Arms works with planned parenthood and provides drug counseling. As the community grows, so are needs during these difficult times.
