San Bernardino, Calif.-CoyotePR is an award-winning, student-run public relations firm that works closely with numerous organizations both on and off-campus. CoyotePR has a position for everyone, including you! Open to students across all majors, concentrations, and levels of experience, CoyotePR is a stepping stone to joining the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA). CoyotePR is made up of three teams, all of whom work cohesively as a unit to achieve the client’s goals: the Social-media and Flyer team, Press Release team, and Data Collection, Marketing, and Outreach team.

The Social Media team works to keep the public informed of any upcoming events and promote clients. The Press Release team utilizes their writing and research skills in order to publish official statements on behalf of the clients and acts as an official liaison for organizations. The Data Collection & Outreach team uses marketing techniques to reach out to potential clients and works closely with current clients to collect qualitative and quantitative data.

CoyotePR gives students the opportunity to take what they have learned in the classroom and apply it to real-life situations with real clients. Resume building and leadership positions are available to further elevate students' overall experience.

Our agency produces young experts in the public relations field, many of whom go on to graduate with internship experience and portfolios filled with projects made for one or more clients.

Non-graduating students that wish to advance their skills further in PR can join PRSSA, an organization that connects students to public relations professionals, and has over 8,500 members in 270 chapters across the country.

You’re not just reading from textbooks and taking notes, you’re actually doing the work,” said 27-year-old senior PR major, Kayla Gray, from our Press Release team. “Making connections and figuring out how to work together as a team while speaking with real-life clients.”
